You'll work directly with SMB and mid-market clients to build and execute outbound and inbound growth strategies. That means writing sequences, defining ICPs, mapping channels, and staying accountable to pipeline numbers — not just activity metrics.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for a growing portfolio of SMB clients. You own the numbers — CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution. We expect you to know what's working and why, and to iterate fast when it's not.
Source, contact, and qualify prospects for WIA Digital's own client pipeline and for clients who need SDR support. You'll build lists, run sequences, handle objections, and book discovery calls. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped upside.
